Clear Cut Woodworking, based in Minnesota, specializes in creating aviation-themed products primarily with a laser engraver and woodshop. Our primary products include plaques, ornaments, engraved tumblers, and more.

We may use the content you provide (designs, feedback, etc.) to better produce your customized product. Please note that such content may be featured on our social media sites or other advertisement platforms.

We expect all our users to be respectful, considerate, and kind. Any inappropriate behavior, as determined by Clear Cut Woodworking, may result in refusal of service.

Clear Cut Woodworking is not liable for the use, misuse, or any harm resulting from the use of the product once it is in the customer's possession.

Given the customized nature of our products:

1. Returns: We generally do not accept returns since every item is custom-made to the customer's specifications. If you have any concerns or issues, please reach out as soon as possible, and we might be able to address it before production is finalized.

2. Refunds: All items are non-refundable. However, under exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion, we may consider refunds. Any refunds approved will be processed via the same payment method used during purchase.

3. Shipping and Handling: In rare instances where a return or exchange is discussed, Clear Cut Woodworking will communicate directly with the customer regarding the logistics and parameters of shipping.

There are no age restrictions to purchase our products.  However, we recommend parental guidance for minors
